PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently prevent the generation of a solder leach while maintaining the adhesive properties of a soldering land section 14 by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In a magnetoresistive element, a solder connecting layer 14a having an excellent wettability to a solder material is formed to the soldering land 14 for an electrode section 13 for extracting an output from a magnetic film 12, while the soldering land 14 for the electrode 13 is stuck fast and joined excellently with the magnetic film 12 or a glass plate 11 through a junction layer 14 having high adhesive properties, by loading a solder connecting layer 14a on the glass plate 11 through the junction layer 14c having the melting point higher than the connecting layer 14a and high adhesive properties to the magnetic film 12 or the glass plate 11. In the magnetoresistive element, the solder leach generated from the solder connecting layer 14a side is stopped by the junction layer 14c and is not reached up to the film 12.
