<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of an outer ring member of a roller type one-way clutch against repeated operation for free/lock, while reducing weight thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In the outer ring members 3 and 23 of the roller type one-way clutch 10 having a plurality of claws 8 to be fitted to a counter member in the outer periphery thereof and provided with a cam surface 11 and a groove 12 for arrangement of a block bearing in the inner periphery thereof, the radial width of the groove in outer diameter side peripheral parts 14 and 15 is formed larger than the radial width thereof in other parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
