PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a pet in the vehicle interior easily. SOLUTION: When a monitoring request signal transmitted from a portable phone 10 is received by a control unit, an image picked up by a doze detecting camera 6 is transmitted to the portable phone 10. Thus, a driver can confirm the condition of a pet 5 left in the vehicle through the display screen of the portable phone 10 even if he is away from the vehicle 4. Since the seats 1, 2, 3 of the vehicle 4 are configured to be folded with the back surfaces of the seat backs faced up, the driver 14 can confirm the condition of the pet 5 in the vehicle interior without interruption by the seats 1, 2, 3.
