PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the highly accurate temperature correction of AGC even though there is a large number of powers specified as transmission outputs. SOLUTION: A temperature correction device for the AGC corrects a DAC code value on the basis of temperature data obtained by a temperature sensor 40 for a base band processing part 10 including an AGC circuit for controlling the gain of an AGC amplifier 21 by an AGC voltage converted from a DAC code corresponding to the specified output power. The temperature correction device for the AGC is provided with a memory 70 for holding a temperature correction table 73 and a power change amount table 72, and an arithmetic circuit 60 for determining a temperature correction amount from the temperature data by referring to the temperature correction table 73, determining a power change amount per DAC code from the output power by referring to the power change amount table 72, calculating the temperature correction amount for each output power on the basis of the temperature correction amount and the power change amount per DAC code and supplying the calculated temperature correction amount to the base band processing part 10 as the DAC code for the temperature correction.
