PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing calcium L-aspartate industrially, by securing a high purity and a definite quality capable of being used as a medicine. SOLUTION: This method for producing the crystalline calcium L-aspartate is characterized by dropping a hydrophilic organic solvent or a mixed solvent of a hydrophilic organic solvent and water into a calcium L-aspartate solution.
