PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for hydraulic transfer, which has a setting resin layer with sufficient chemical resistance and surface smoothness after hardening, and a hydraulic transfer body using the film for the hydraulic transfer. SOLUTION: This film for the hydraulic transfer comprises a substrate film which is composed of a water-soluble or water-swelling resin, and a transfer layer which can be dissolved in an organic solvent provided on the substrate film. The transfer layer is composed of a setting-resin-formed layer which can be hardened by at least one kind of active energy ray irradiation and heating. The film for the hydraulic transfer is characterized in that the setting-resin-formed layer contains a component A which is a thermoplastic silicone resin with a number-average molecular weight of 1,000-100,000.
