FIELD: measurement technology; industrial plant monitoring and control systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: comparator has two D flip-flops 1, 2, three integrators 3, 4, 10, pulse shaper 5, reference voltage supply 6, two time domain shapers 7, 8, and NOR gate 9.
