<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shop management system capable of allowing, for example, a manager in a shop to easily control the operation of each facility mounted in each shop through a shop server, efficiently operating the facilities in each chop, and improving the comfortable environment and the energy saving effect in each shop. <P>SOLUTION: This shop management system comprises a plurality of shop servers 4 mounted in each shop 12 for acquiring the information relating to each facility in the shop through each terminal, and monitoring and controlling each facility, a center server 6 connected with the shop server of each shop through the network 7 and managing the information of each shop obtained from each shop server 4, and a client 11 browsing the information managed by the center server 6.
