PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of inorganic tiles with lightweight, good attachment and safety by using inorganic tile materials and organic materials, recycled pulps, as raw materials. CONSTITUTION: The pulp-contained tiles are produced by mixing 50wt.% of recycled pulp powder obtained from waste papers containing synthetic resin, 30wt.% of clay and 20wt.% of kaolin, adding water to mixed powder, aging mixtures for 2days, making dough by kneading, forming into a tile shape and drying tiles in the shade, sintering at 1200-1250deg.C and glazing. The resultant tiles are excellent in safety and adhesion of cracked parts in breaking of tiles due to the use of fibrous materials used in papers.
