PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly drive an accessory at a time of engine stop and improve fuel economy in an idle stop vehicle automatically stopping and restarting an engine. SOLUTION: This system is provided with the accessory driven by a motor at a time of engine stop, a stop timing estimation means estimating timing of automatic engine stop, and an accessory drive control means starting drive of the accessory before estimated stop timing at a time of automatic engine stop, and starts driving an accessory drive motor to complete drive of the accessory before engine stop timing estimated during deceleration of a vehicle.
