PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve the problem that the core wire of cable for testing used in a withstand voltage test device is broken by torsional stress concentratedly acting on a plug part 1. SOLUTION: The connector of cable 2 for testing is equipped with projecting shape structure on an insulated exterior peripheral edge of the plug part 1. A hollow part having a same shape as the projecting shape is provided on a rotating body 3, and an opening part exposing the hollow part is provided at the front of an insulated cover 4. The rotating body 3 is disposed in the inside of the cover 4, and the rotating body is supported with the insulated cover 4 and an insulated holder 5. The rotating body 3 is freely rotated and torsion phenomenon generated on the cable for testing is canceled, and electricity is supplied to the cable for testing as in the state where the projecting shape structure of the plug 1 and the hollow part of the rotating body 3 are fitted.
