PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser radar system not receiving function loss even in the case receiving strong disturbance light such as sun light. SOLUTION: The laser radar system 7 scans a laser light 10 and forms a one-dimensional monitoring area or a two-dimensional monitoring area 8, and detects a target in the area from reflection light 11 of the laser light. The laser radar system 7 comprises a detection means (12) for detecting the existence of a light source to be a disturbing light in the area, and moving means (5, 9) for moving the scanning range of the laser light when the existence of the light source to be a disturbing light is detected with the detection means.
