PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily put out the content of an egg with the single hand without an egg liquid stuck to finger tips in breaking the egg. SOLUTION: This clip-type egg-breaking unit is opened and closed back and forth and from side to side so as to put out the content of the egg with the single hand without the egg liquid stuck to fingers by opening back and forth an eggshell inserted and held from side to side.
