<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an imaging apparatus, a control method for them, and a program wherein the imaging apparatus and the image processing apparatus can easily be identified in the case of transceiving image information between the imaging apparatus and the image processing apparatus via a network. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is characterized in that the imaging apparatus establishes a communication session with image processing apparatuses being communication opposite parties, discriminates the propriety of the establishment, receives display information related to the autonomous display contents / display capability of each display apparatus of the image processing apparatuses via the communication session when the result of discrimination indicates that the communication session is established, and the imaging apparatus revises display information of its own display apparatus into display information including the information based on contents of the received display information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
