Aqueous preparation (I), with soft-feel characteristics, comprises aqueous polyurethane (PU) polyurea material dispersion (A), hydroxyfunctional group (B), aqueous or water-dilutable bonding agent, polyisocyanate (C), which is optionally hydrophilically modified and foam stabilizer (D). Independent claims are also included for: (1) a soft-feel foam containing (I); (2) the preparation of the soft-feel foam, comprising foaming (A) to (D) by means of mechanical mixer; and (3) a soft-feel coating comprising the soft-feel foam and a substrate.
