<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the movement of non-player characters according to a power distribution in a game space. <P>SOLUTION: Space evaluation points are set as indicators showing the effectiveness as "spaces" in respective areas AR set in a pitch based on reach time from respective characters to the areas AR. The larger the space evaluation point becomes, the farther the area AR is separated from a character C.
