PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoresponsive material that can be deformed or solidified by irradiation with a light, even at a small amount of light. SOLUTION: This photoresponsive material is composed of a polymer comprising both a first component having a functional group with a branched structure at the end of a side chain, and a second component having a pigment that can cause an isomerization reaction by light irradiation. When light is irradiated to the material, it is deformed for the response.
