PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image compositing system for a portable terminal with a camera, which enables the clipping process sufficiently reflecting the intention of a user even in the portable terminal with a camera having a poor man-machine interface. SOLUTION: The portable telephone 2 with a camera is provided with a designated point data generating means 24 for generating the designated point data for the designated points, and transmitting this point data to a server 3 when a user designates a plurality of points by manipulating the portable telephone 2 with a camera. For reforming the area of the clip in the side of server 3, the points designated by user are mutually connected with the straight lines to form the area on the broken lines.
