<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage transformer which is easy to miniaturize and includes excellent voltage resistance performance and magnetic characteristics even after miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: A miniaturized high-voltage transformer 1 includes a secondary winding wire assembly 6 composed of a stick-like magnetic substance 7 and a secondary winding wire 8 that is wound around the outer periphery of the inner magnetic substance 7, a transformer bobbin 2 with which a wall part 3B including an opening 3A on one terminal side in the lengthwise direction of a hollow insulator and a small window 4 on the other terminal side is provided and an outer magnetic substance insert frame 5 formed integrally with the hollow insulator is provided on one side in the breadthwise direction of the hollow insulator, a primary winding wire 9 that is wound around the outer periphery of the transformer bobbin 2 on the side of the opening 3A, and a U-shaped outer magnetic substance 10 that is inserted into the outer magnetic substance insert frame 5. The secondary winding wire assembly 6 is inserted into the transformer bobbin 2, and a high-voltage side terminal 8A of the secondary winding wire 8 is led out of the small window 4 in the lengthwise direction of the transformer bobbin 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
