PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an electroforming layer in such a manner that its thickness is made highly precise over the whole of a core wire, and to attain the improvement of operability on electroforming treatment and the mass-production of a metal thin tube. SOLUTION: The electroforming device for producing a thin tube consists of: an electroforming tank 1 formed so as to be a donut shape, and whose cross-section in the radial direction is formed so as to be an almost U-shape; core wires 6 radially arranged almost parallel to the face of an electrolytic liquid in the radial direction of the electroforming tank 1 and respectively supported to a plurality of core wire holders 5 provided so as to rotate in the circumferential direction within the electrolytic liquid 8 in the electroforming tank 1; a plurality of anode cases 7 dipped into the electrolytic liquid 8 and stored with electroforming materials arranged with prescribed intervals in the upper direction of each core wire 6; and electric current control means 16, 17 and 18 making electric current to flow in accordance with a prescribed current pattern to the space between each core wire 6 and anode case 7, and performing control in such a manner that the electric current is made to flow till the current integrated value reaches the prescribed one. A prescribed electroforming layer is formed on each core wire 6 while each core wire 6 rotates almost a round or by prescribed angles within the electroforming tank 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
