PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct/provide a convenient and so-called N:N auction site in which access to only one auction site suffices when a purchaser desires to purchase after comparing commodities of two or more companies.

SOLUTION: A server 101 receives sales information on commodities from communication terminals 111 to 113 of distributor side and purchase information on commodities from communication terminals 121 to 123 of purchaser side, respectively, manages correspondences between the sales information and the purchase information which are obtained from among the two or more pieces of sales information and the two or more pieces of purchase information, and performs auction processing between the sales information and the purchase information in the correspondence.
