<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order inputting device for quickly inputting an order even during processing in any mode, and for quickly performing the next operation after the order is inputted. <P>SOLUTION: This order inputting device is provided with a voice inputting means for inputting a voice, a voice recognizing means for recognizing a voice inputted from the voice inputting means, an order input button for preferentially selecting a menu based on voice input, a display unit with a touch panel for displaying a picture including an input item and a fixed key.
