PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reencoding device capable of shortening the time for generating a plurality of pieces of second encoding information from a plurality of pieces of the first encoding information. SOLUTION: This information reencoding device generates a plurality of third scramble patterns by computing a plurality of first scramble patterns by a second method with respect to a plurality of second scramble patterns and generates a plurality of pieces of second scramble information by computing a plurality of pieces of third scramble patterns by a first method with respect to a plurality of pieces of first scramble information.
