摘要 PURPOSE: A method for providing a counseling service using a collect call system is provided to enable counseling service provider to offer various high-quality counseling services to a person who wants a consultation without purchasing high-priced CTI equipment. CONSTITUTION: A user accesses an affiliated homepage(310-1) using his terminal(300-1) and selects a desired counseling service and a desired counselor(S400). At this moment, the identifier of the affiliated homepage(310-1), a collect call number, the selected counselor's ID, and the user's ID are transmitted to a counseling service management server(320). Basic information for counseling is transmitted to the counselor's terminal(330-1) directly or via the counseling service management server(320)(S410). The counseling service management server(320), receiving the identifier of the affiliated homepage(310-1), the collect call number, the counselor's ID, and the user's ID, stores them in a billing database and transmits the identifier of the affiliated homepage(310-1) and the collect call number to the counselor's terminal(330-1) corresponding to the counselor's ID(S420). If the counselor, after confirming the basic counseling information, makes a call to the collect call number, the counselor's terminal(330-1) notifies the counseling service management server(320) that a call has started(S430). Then the counselor's terminal(330-1) transmits the collect call number to a collect call exchange(340) so that the counselor can communicate with the user through the VoIP speech path formed between the counselor's terminal(330-1) and collect call exchange(340)(S440).
