An input parameter including a start time and printing period linked to appointment location, is received. The start time is compared with printing period. The appointment location is identified, when start time is included in printing period. A printer that corresponds to the identified appointment location is selected, based on printer location table. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) printer selection system; and (2) storage device storing printer selection program.
