BEARING COUPLING STRUCTURE FOR MOTOR INCLUDING BEARING COVER HAVING PROTRUSION FOR SUPPORTING BEARING HOLDER

PURPOSE: A bearing coupling structure is provided to reduce the weight and manufacturing costs of a motor by inserting the protrusion of a bearing holder into the groove of a bracket and fixing the protrusion through an ultrasonic fusion process. CONSTITUTION: A motor comprises a rotary shaft(13) press fit into a rotor arranged in the casing of the motor; a bearing(14) for supporting the rotary shaft in such a manner that the rotary shaft is rotatable; a bracket(20) having a bearing support groove(20a) for fixing the bearing to the casing; a bearing holder(21) fixed in the bracket in such a manner that the bearing holder fixes the bearing; and a bearing cover(22) for supporting the bearing holder in such a manner that the bearing holder tightly contacts the bearing. The bearing cover has a protrusion(22a) for supporting the bearing holder and permitting the bearing cover to be coupled to the bracket. The bracket has a groove(20b) corresponding to the protrusion of the bearing cover such that the protrusion is ultrasonic fused and fixed in the groove.
