PURPOSE: A leveling device is provided to simply and precisely adjust the horizontal level and to perform leveling in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: A leveling device(20) is composed of a table(10), a jig(11) placed on the upper face of the table, plural connection holes(21) arranged at least at the end of the jig to penetrate through the jig, plural first blocks(22) interposed between the table and the jig to be aligned with the connection holes and having first adjusting parts(23) with threads formed in one direction, plural second adjusting parts(26) arranged at the jig in the upper portion of the connection holes and having threads formed in the other direction, and a connection member(30) having a third adjusting part(32) connected with the first adjusting part and a fourth adjusting part(33) connected with the second adjusting part and connected with the first and second adjusting parts through the connection holes.
