PURPOSE: A character input device including character input keys and mode change keys, and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to input characters used for communicating with other player. CONSTITUTION: A housing(502) forms a part of an outer surface of the character input device. Character input keys(504) are accessed from the outside of the housing and are related to input of individual character based on a current mode. The first, the second, and the third mode change key(506,508,510) are accessed from the outside of the housing and change the current mode. |
