PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialyzer applicable to a blood purification device having a blood purification membrane with a low UFR (ultrafiltration rate) and a weak membrane strength, avoiding reconnection of a pipe in a series of work such as priming, dialysis treatment, and reinfusion, and avoiding intrusion of bacteria into blood circuits while improving the workability. SOLUTION: This dialyzer is provided with an artery side blood circuit 2 disposed with a blood pump 8, a vein side blood circuit 3, a dialysis fluid guide line L1, a dialysis fluid discharge line L2, the pump 5, a fluid sending line L3 letting the dialysis fluid flowing in the dialysis fluid guide line L1 pass through the artery side blood circuit 2, and a clamp shutting off or opening the flowing of the dialysis fluid by the fluid sending line 3. The blood pump 8 can adjust the flowing direction and the flow rate of the dialysis fluid flowing from the liquid sending line L3 to the artery side blood circuit 2 or the vein side blood circuit 3.
