<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system which systematize of a budget-making of in-factory distribution costs which has been a mixture of handwork previously so that the budget will be produced through as simple processes as possible in a short period of time and more accurately. <P>SOLUTION: (1). By inputting budget production, a budget sales amount and the like of the next term, premise data on an in-factory distribution budget are produced.(2). For each work inside and outside a plant, a budget value is automatically worked out using a calculation expression which multiplies a cost result value for the same period a year ago by a ratio of budget to result or a fixed value, or the like, according to the characteristic of the cost.(3). By modifying the automatically worked out budget value into an appropriate value as required and by inputting it, the budget value of each cost of work inside and outside the plant for next term is determined, for each product and for each work section monthly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
