PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a detection error when an impact load is applied to a weight detection device of a crew. SOLUTION: A seat rail 13 connected to the seat of a vehicle and a base member 11 connected to the floor of the vehicle are fixed to both ends of an elastic member 16 through first and second connection color members 17, 18, and a strain gage 19 for detecting the weight of the crew seated on the seat is mounted on the elastic member 16, and impact absorbing members 26c, 27c are arranged inside the first connection color member 17. The impact load transmitted to the elastic member 16 is buffered by the impact absorbing members 26c, 27c, and generation of deviation of the mounting part of the first and second connection color members 17, 18 on both ends of the elastic member 16 is prevented, and thereby an output error of the strain gage 19 generated by strain of the elastic member 16 caused by the deviation can be prevented.
