PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply producing an oligo(meth)acrylate and an acrylate-containing composition and to provide the oligo(meth)acrylate-containing composition. SOLUTION: The method for producing the oligo(meth)acrylate-containing composition comprises reacting a mixture containing (A) at least one kind of compound selected from a group consisting of a polybasic acid anhydride, a polybasic acid and a polybasic acid ester, (B) at least one kind of compound selected from a compound having a group consisting of one or more (meth)acryloyl groups in the molecule and (C) at least one kind of substance selected from a group consisting of organic and/or inorganic compound containing one or more kinds of elements selected from a group consisting of cobalt, zinc, lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium, francium, magnesium, calcium, strontium, barium, radium, zirconium, hafnium, manganese, germanium and aluminum at 160-210°C.
