<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a health food which has a lessened unique harsh taste of Sparassis crispa and is readily drinkable. <P>SOLUTION: The health food is obtained by formulating a material prepared byfreeze-drying or heating and drying a fruit body prepared by cultivation Sparassis crispa or a mycelium contained in a culture solution prepared by artificially culturing Sparassis crispa with a dietary fiber, preferably a glucomannan, guar gum hydrolyzate and a cyclodextrin, preferably α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin in the ratio of 3:10:1.
