PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new aryamine derivative capable of being used as an organic electroluminescent element, a hole-transporting or a hole-injecting material, a synthetic intermediate of the same and a method for producing them. SOLUTION: This arylamine derivative is expressed by general formula (1) [wherein, R1to R4are each independently H, an alkyl, an alkoxy, an aryl, an aryloxy, a halogen atom, an amino or the like; Ar1, Ar2are each independently a substituted or un-substituted aryl or heteroaromatic ring, or the Ar1, Ar2may form a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring together with a bonded nitrogen atom; and Ar3is a substituted or un-substituted arylene].
