<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable MOS (Metal Oxide Semiconductor) semiconductor relay having good balance between a turn on time and a turn off time, performing high-speed operation, and no malfunction. <P>SOLUTION: The MOS semiconductor relay comprises: a first photocoupler 11 consisting of a light emitting element 11b and photodiode elements 11a; a contact MOS transistor 12 in which a voltage output from the first photocoupler 11 is connected across a gate/a source; a second photocoupler 14 consisting of a light emitting element 14b emitting/quenching light by a relay driving signal and a phototransistor 14a becoming conductive by the light emission and non-conductive by the light quenching; and a third photocoupler 16 consisting of a light emitting element 16b detecting a change from relay driving signal OFF to ON and emitting light by the change and a phototransistor 16a becoming conductive by the light emission and non-conductive by the light quenching and in which its collector terminal is connected to the base terminal of the phototransistor 14a and its emitter terminal is connected to the emitter terminal of the phototransistor 14a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
