PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin type disposable absorbent article excellent in absorbing ability. SOLUTION: In the disposable absorbent article using an absorbent body free from pulp fiber other than a nonwoven cloth-like state, this absorbent body comprises a laminated sheet body made by laminating two or more layers of an absorbent sheet body made by sandwiching and bonding an absorbent resin powder between a first nonwoven cloth layer and a second nonwoven cloth layer such that there are absorbent resin powder existing areas and absorbent resin powder absent areas. In at least the vicinity of an excretion portion, the laminated sheet body is laminated such that the absorbent resin powder existing areas of the respective absorbent sheet bodies are approximately overlapped in the thickness direction.
