<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for exhausting core gas with which the core gas can surely be sucked and exhausted with simple structure without using a pump etc. <P>SOLUTION: A gas exhaust passage 20 is formed in suction piping 18 faced to a top core 10, and an air port 23 having a gas exhaust hole 25 intersects and joins with the gas exhaust passage 20 at a crossing part 24. Into the air port 23, compressed air is introduced which is preheated by being made to flow through an air passage 26 in an upper mold 8. The core gas G is forcibly sucked with a Venturi-effect at the crossing part 24 and exhausted from the gas exhaust hole 25. The core gas G is collided with a trap 30 disposed opposite to the gas exhaust hole 25, and tar T component in the gas is stuck is deposited and recovered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
