PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component attaching/detaching device which facilitates fine adjustment at hand, improves the visibility of the tip part and operability significantly, when attaching small electronic components to a substrate. SOLUTION: The electric component attachment/detachment device comprises a pair of leg parts 3 each of which has a contact part 4 at each tip to snap a electric component while heating it, a movable leg part 3a that is at least one of the leg parts 3 and movably supported to be able to open and close to the other leg part, and a first urging means 12 to urge the movable leg part 3a to the leg closing side during an idle time.
