DRAINING APPARATUS FOR IMMERSED RICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain immersed rice having accurate target water absorption by the weight of the immersed rice. SOLUTION: Water is sucked from the immersed rice R fed to a suction hopper 3 by a suction device 5. A detector 7 for immersed rice weight detects the weight of the immersed rice R during water suction to obtain the immersed rice having the target water absorption by the weight.
