PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue rotation of two rotation bodies by circulating weight balls between the rotation bodies. SOLUTION: A plurality of weight balls are previously stored on an upper ball guide member 13 and a lower ball guide member 14 so that the weight balls can be delivered to a first ball receiving member 15 and a second ball receiving member 16 respectively, and the wight balls 25 are continuously circulated to each of the guide members 13, 14 and the ball receiving members 15, 16. Thus, the first rotation body 6 and the second rotation body 7 with the first and the second ball receiving members 15, 16 are continuously rotated integrally or independently through a clutch mechanism.
