PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing method, by which scumming or the like adhered to the printed surface in a printed matter printed by screen printing can be easily removed and a printed matter and a panel manufactured therewith. SOLUTION: In a first process, a first screen (3), on which a printing pattern is formed in advance, is put on a printing base material (1). In a second process, by coating a desired ink from above the first screen (3) onto the printing base material (1) with an ink coating means (4), the desired printing is applied through the printing pattern on the printing base material (1). In a third process, a second screen (5), on which a printing pattern is formed in advance, is put on the printing base material (1).
