The integrated transceiver circuit has a transmitter (S), a receiver (E) and an amplifier/damper unit (41) connected between the output of the transmitter and the input of the receiver. The amplifier/damper unit is connected to the receiver input via a summer (42) and has an adjustable phase, adjustable gain/damping, an RC element and a varactor diode. An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a compensation method for an inventive integrated transceiver circuit.
