PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mascara imparting eyelashes with voluminous feeling, excellent in the eyelashes' curl flexibility and also satisfying the eyelashes' curl sustainability. SOLUTION: The mascara is obtained by formulating hollow particles and a non-aqueous polymer dispersion where a polymer is dispersed in a volatile silicone, and also formulating a≥12C hydrocarbon-based oil and/or methylphenylpolysiloxane.
