PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that stacked coins stay piled up at a temporary storage part prepared in a coin receiving and dispensing machine and become not to be able to carry the coins, or that the stacked coins drop from the temporary storage part. SOLUTION: This machine is a coin receiving and dispensing machine which controls variably the transfer quantities of the temporary storage part according to the denomination of coins when the temporary storage part of the coin receiving and dispensing machine carries coins.
