PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent gas leakage by holding airtightness by preventing deformation and damage by a difference in a thermal expansion coefficient. SOLUTION: This incinerator has a primary housing for forming a primary combustion chamber for heating and carbonizing a combustion object by a primary electric heater, and a secondary housing for forming a secondary combustion chamber for heating and burning carbonization gas generated by the primary combustion chamber by a secondary electric heater, and is arranged by installing the secondary housing in the primary housing; and is characterized by being arranged by installing expansion directional one side by the thermal expansion of a primary combustion chamber wall to a primary thermally insulating wall, by arranging the primary housing by forming the primary combustion chamber of the primary combustion chamber wall, and arranging the primary thermally insulating wall so as to surround the outside of this primary combustion chamber wall.
