PURPOSE: A tray transfer device of an optical disk player is provided to use a worm gear having an excellent reduction rate. CONSTITUTION: A tray transfer device(100) comprises as follows. A reproduction unit(200) is installed on a center of a base plate(1). A load motor(110) is installed on the base plate(1). A worm gear(120) is coupled with a rotational shaft(111) of the load motor(110). A load gear(130) is gear-coupled with the worm gear(120). A rack(140) is gear-coupled with the load gear(130). An inclination guide is inclined in parallel with the rack(140). A raising member raises and drops the reproduction unit(200).
