PURPOSE: A unit pixel of a CMOS image sensor is provided to extend dynamic range of a drive transistor by using a feedback transistor for applying a feedback path from a source to a gate of the drive transistor. CONSTITUTION: A unit pixel(100) comprises a photodiode(PD), a drive transistor(MD), a select transistor(MS) connected to a source of the drive transistor for applying electrical signal from the drive transistor to an output node, a reset transistor(MR) connected between the drive transistor and the photodiode for resetting the charge of the photodiode, and a feedback transistor(MF). In the drive transistor, a gate inputs charges stored in the photodiode and a power voltage applies to a drain. The feedback unit provides a feedback path from the source of the drive transistor to the gate of the drive transistor.
