PURPOSE: An augmentor is provided to improve a piloting effect of products of combustion exhausted by arranging an outlet for injecting supplement pilot fuel into the products of combustion to a pilot fuel conduit. CONSTITUTION: An augmentor comprises a gas flow path; a flame holder(42) situated to the gas flow path; burners(62) having outlets for exhausting products of combustion of first pilot fuel; and pilot fuel conduits(74,100) having outlets situated to inject the supplement pilot fuel into the products of combustion exhausted. The augmentor includes a central body situated in the gas flow path. The burner is situated in the central body. The flame holder is situated to the outside of the central body.
