PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber-modified styrene-based resin composition which has excellent physical properties such as fluidity, Izod impact strength (IZOD), falling weight impact strength, modulus in flexure, or the like, and excellent molding processability. SOLUTION: This rubber-modified styrene-based resin composition comprises a rubber-like particle (a) as a dispersed phase composed of a rubber component consisting of specific three kinds of (co)polymers and a styrene-based polymer particle (b') having a specific particle diameter distribution and a styrene-based polymer (b) as a continuous phase and has excellent physical properties such as fluidity, Izod impact strength (IZOD), falling weight impact strength, modulus in flexure, or the like, and excellent molding processability.
