PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store structure of a sushi store capable of being visually recognized about the situation of the inside of the Store even from a distance and automatically sterilizing a floor section. SOLUTION: In the store structure of the sushi store having a door-way 3 in one side, the door-way 3 and one sheet of rectangular glass window 4 formed in the whole transparent surface are only arranged to the whole surface of the store 1, and a buffet 13 placed toward the front side in a workable manner is provided to the inner part of the glass window 4. When the store 1 is seen from the outside as a front view, in the case the store 1 is in business, a figure of a sushi craftsman making a sushi by turning his/her face toward the glass window 4 side can be viewed, and the figures of customers waiting for their turns can be visually recognized on this side of the buffet 13. Sunlight is cast to the floor in the store 1 by passing through the glass window 4. Since the floor of part whereon the customers in the store 1 move around is easy to be stained, sunlight is cast to the approximately whole surface of the floor on the glass window 4 side in the store 1 within the moving range of the customers, microbes on the floor are decomposed by an infrared-ray contained in sunlight.
